Yoga and I have been friends for a long time. The type of friend that you don't see very often but when you are together you feel like no time has gone by and your connection seems just as true and deep. During my pregnancy I have tried to incorporate a regular yoga practice into my days, but sometimes find that when I need it the most I don't do it. Maybe a form of self sabotage or maybe just feeling lazy. Lately, I have been having more body aches and restless legs at night and have come back to yoga for help. This time bringing the whole family along. I find that I stick with things longer when I have my family with me. What can I say, I am a family gal. I think we all enjoy being together in that peaceful connected way that yoga always seems to create. I hope our friendship will become more regular, as I think a daily visit with yoga will be good for all of us.
