I have a yearly membership to the state parks and I like to take the kids to the beach as much as possible all year long. We love walking and playing int he sand and on warm days swimming. Jetta even will go in on cold days and then run back to the blanket to get warmed up. I really think that being close to nature is wonderfully healing and the kids really get into the flow of life being there.
