Drying lemon balm for Happy Tea!
Last year I planted some lemon balm in my front herb garden. This year it has taken over and filled the entire garden so I relocated the other herbs and let it have it's way. It is a very special herb that makes the best tea we call "Happy Tea" so I thought it deserved to stay and have the garden all to itself. It is a wonderful tea for all ages that brings a feeling of well being. This week I decided to dry some of it so we could have it all year round. Who couldn't use a little more" happy tea" in their life.
