Budding Bird Watchers

Every evening we go out bird watching as a family. We tool around in the golf cart and say "good night" to all the birds we see. We see Pelicans, Sand hill Cranes, Blue Herons,  Hawks and all kinds of other exotic looking birds that I don't know the name of just yet. Jetta's interest in wild birds has been sparked by this real life science lesson and I am learning more about birds then I ever did out of those books in school. This is just one of the perks of homeschooling.
