As part of our homeschooling days, I feel that it is very important that
Jetta learns practical and fun life skills. Cooking is a favorite for her and me too. Last week she learned how to properly use a knife. Check out her finger position on those apples. She created a beautiful
apple cake with me as her assistant. She is learning proportions of ingredients and her
recipes are getting better and better. This one being absolutely delicious. I would have never put so many apples in, but I am so glad she did. Now she loves to use her grown up knife and is the best help at meal time.
